Position Summary

CVS Health is looking for a technical product manager to join the Multi-Carrier Solutions team, an exciting and fast-paced new growth area within the organization. As a technical Product Manager & Adobe Target Developer, you will lead the technical strategy & execution of our digital testing and personalization strategies for a direct-to-consumer digital experience. You will stay current on evolving digital marketing, media, technology and analytical trends and work with a cross functional team to bring these items to life. You will put the customer first, understand our technical capabilities, champion differentiating user experiences, and set up tests with results in mind, ensuring measurability at every step.

You will be:

· Enabling technical set up and integration of Adobe Target with other technology platforms, as needed

· Supporting hands-on execution efforts to build, QA and launch digital optimizations leveraging Adobe Target (the technical lead)

· Collaborating to ID the best technical approach for implementation of the activities and optimizations, based on understanding of business requirements

· Performing QA of testing and personalization activities that are built, ensuring they match business requirements and audiences are created appropriately from various data sources (first party data, Adobe IDs, etc)

· Identifying and addressing data, platform or technology gaps that might hinder successful test and learn progress

· Providing technical support to troubleshoot live optimizations to ensure set up is correct and data is correct

· Implementing mobile and website Testing Tools and setting up and configuration of the experiences

· Creating dashboards in Adobe Analytics to support Testing & Personalization (in partnership with the Analytics team) data analysis and creation of appropriate audiences for use in Adobe Target

· Build relationships, share best practices, and learn from other digital optimization practitioners within the broader enterprise

· Collaborates with cross functional team members from across the enterprise to shape and influence digital optimization & marketing

The ideal candidate is highly adept at finding ways to improve existing digital experiences and marketing tactics and drive further growth through data and testing. Exceptional at navigating a matrixed organization and delivering in an agile start-up Environment, they have a proven record of success at driving digital consumer health, wellness, and/or insurance experiences to deliver robust engagement experiences and differentiation in a challenging competitive environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital optimization experience working hands on with testing and personalization execution using leading industry tools (Adobe Target experience strongly preferred)

  • 5+ years digital experience - B2C in a regulated industry – with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility

  • Located in one of our 4 CVS Health hubs: Wellesley, Hartford, Woonsocket, or NYC

  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journey

  • Highly communicative team player, adjusts to working style/needs of others to establish strong relationships

Preferred Qualifications

You’re deeply knowledgeable about the Adobe stack (AEM, Marketo, Target, Customer Journey Analyhtics) and may have had exposure to other optimization platforms

• Digital experience in a regulated, DTC industry

• You're at home working with Agile teams, and you know how to drive iterative optimization leveraging A/B testing and personalization strategies

• Experience working with a project tracking software, such as JIRA, is a plus

• You look at things from a user’s perspective, and have a track record of successfully optimizing digital experiences

• You know what it takes to stay focused and execute complex cross-functional initiatives, spanning multiple teams in a matrixed environment

• You have a high tolerance for change and can manage and prioritize multiple competing demands

• You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away

• You think building and optimizing is fun, you believe helping people achieve positive health outcomes is amazing, and you bring that passion to work every day

• MBA or other relevant graduate degree

Medicare experience is a plus, not required

Education

Bachelor's degree requir4ed; MBA preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
