CVS Health Product Marketing Senior Manager - Go-To-Market Strategy in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

Are you a strategic and tactical problem solver who loves leading complex go-to-market strategies? Do you have a natural sense of urgency to guide decisions, effectively influence others, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks? If the answers are "yes", please continue reading. As the Product Marketing Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy you will report to the Director, Product Management - Enterprise Virtual Care. You will have the responsibility of managing parts of the go-to-market strategy for telehealth/medicine and for building on the plan. We ask that you have executive presence and demonstrated ability to create relationships across departments and levels of seniority.What you’ll do:• Go-to-market planning• Promote enterprise value through omnichannel tactics• B2B and B2C marketing and sales planning• 3rd party relationship and program development• Commercialization, pilot tests, product launch, operations, and essential performance monitoring• Work with teams of colleagues, primarily Marketing and Product, and regular collaboration with business development, digital, clinical operations, and legal, among others.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, marketing, strategy, or go-to-market execution experience in a highly matrixed collaborative environment in the healthcare, retail, or technology industry• 2+ years of cross-functional leadership experience, leading the success of high-visibility deliverables or products

Preferred Qualifications

• Structured and logical thinking skills with the ability to identify business problems, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and measure success.• Leadership, partnership, and ability to look for and foster working relationships across the enterprise• Project management skills in a consulting environment, with an ability to hold self and others accountable to meet essential dates and milestones• Analytics and communications software experience – PowerPoint and Excel (Tableau experience is a plus).


• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • MBA is a plus, but not required
