Position Summary :

The Medicare Product Content Manager position is an individual contributor role and will not have any direct reports.

Fundamental Components:

  • Responsible for specializing in benefit description and Product copy language consistent with our product filings.

  • Primarily responsible for development and review of benefit content and copy.

  • Provide feedback to partners on benefit language. Work with legal, compliance and business partners to ensure the language used in the documents is legally accurate but easily digestible by members of all reading levels.

  • Work with Corporate Communications on all press releases containing benefit and product content.

  • Work with local market and operational partners to implement descriptions for new plans and benefits and descriptors to ensure copy is accurate and grammatically flawless

  • Work across multiple business lines to understand new benefits, existing benefits and product changes to translate into effective content.

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of Medicare Advantage experience

  • 2-4 years in communications or marketing with experience on preparing content for a public and general audience with a proven track record of consistency and clear and effective communication

  • 2-4 years of experience in large Medicare communication campaigns, preferably with diverse communities to explain complicated concepts in simplified language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with all lines of Medicare business including Individual, SNP and Group.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in English, Marketing, Communications or Public Health Administration or 7 years of equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
