CVS Health HealthHub Experience and Innovation Advisor in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

•HealthHUBs are a new approach to healthcare, offering an expanded range of health services and wellness products for everyday care and chronic conditions – available nights and weekends, from a skilled team of care professionals, and all in one place. As a member of the HealthHUB strategy team, the Service Experience Innovation Manager will play a part in bringing to life new solutions that produce our growth and improve the consumer experience surrounding CVS's health services.•The Manager will support building a cohesive vision for the experience we want to provide across our new health services. As part of this, they will create leadership deliverables that capture the end-user's perspective, build business cases that demonstrate need for innovation opportunities, and quantitatively measure test results.•They will partner with CVS's design and innovation lab to help identify new health improvement opportunities, test prototypes/solutions with small samples of patients, and partner with teams to bring them to market. As part of this, they will participate in interviews, conduct research, brainstorm, and design prototypes, organize partners, manage project plans, and create end deliverables.•The Manager will also work with several HealthHUB teams to launch pilots in store, improve successful solutions. As part of this, they will work with enterprise teams in healthcare service development, retail operations, store experience, and marketing to build a roadmap, coordinate approvals, ensure completion, and create cohesion across experiences.

Required Qualifications

•3+ years' experience at a consulting firm, think tank, or healthcare organization (provider or payor network, healthcare start-up, policy organization)•Experience with strategy, customer experience, or product development within healthcare•Intermediate experience with Excel (can perform complex functions), interpret performance results, and build business cases•Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint experience

Preferred Qualifications

•Ability to distill complex problems into simple, strategic frameworks to align team members and develop customer-centric solutions•Experience managing pilots for new consumer-facing solutions•Knowledge of and experience with design thinking and public health•Balance consumer-centered design with financial goals•Provide positive guidance across multiple work streams•Master's degree (Master of Business Administration or Master of Public Health)
