We are looking for a Total Rewards Process Lead to work in collaboration with multiple partner groups and regional teams to implement and organize the Total Rewards compensation process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the compensation process and tools to ensure an improved and simplified process consistent with our talent strategy and values. This role requires a high degree of ability to work independently, identify business areas for improvement, courage to challenge the status quo, and influencing skills within the business on difficult problems/issues. At this level, work is performed under minimal supervision and the role is expected to handle complex issues.
Implement and execute the global total rewards compensation process and tools to build an experience that is modernized, simplified, and customer centric.
You will plan, coordinate and lead Cargill’s compensation processes, including planning, process execution, communication, education, metrics and reporting.
Partner closely with Total Rewards and other partners to support services and processes delivered.
Responsible for the process documentation for Total Rewards compensation process.
Figure out and clearly outline roles and responsibilities for those involved in annual compensation process.
Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
Partner with internal teams and services to devise new support materials based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.

Minimum 4 years of HR process experience
Proven expertise in compensation process including continuous improvement
Six Sigma Certification
Experience working within project management disciplines and techniques (six sigma, agile, pmbok, etc.)
Ability to work independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a lean environment
Experience in learning, designing and implementing new and / or improved processes (both people and businesses.)
Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
