Job Purpose and Impact

The Social Sustainability Impact Manager will enable the company's efforts to scale and accelerate adoption of sustainable business practices that support our ability to achieve our goals. In this role, you will develop and manage the process of impact modeling and data collection and analysis relevant to our social sustainability programs including in the areas of human rights and farmer livelihoods.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish best practices in modeling methodology, target setting, data collection, analysis, and reporting for social sustainability programs

  • Lead the process in collaboration with the businesses and key internal stakeholders, for tracking and reporting on progress toward social sustainability targets. Develop business intelligence solutions to enable data driven decision making.

  • Implement and operationalize a consistent process for impact quantification methodology being applied within company, providing coaching, process support and oversight to internal practitioners as they apply this process for social sustainability targets.

  • Establish and maintain a portfolio of tools and resources.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on social sustainability data and metrics in the areas of human rights and farmer livelihoods.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in agriculture and food industry

  • 8+ years of sustainability work experience

  • Experience with the relevant external frameworks and globally recognized methodologies in human rights and farmer livelihoods

Open to remote US wide, except Wayzata, MN which will be in-office
