Job Purpose and Impact

The Manager, Global HR Systems & Process Owner - SuccessFactors will drive the design and lead the implementation and measurement of the core human resources information systems, ensuring the strategy and roadmap to enable business objectives and end to end processes. In this role, you will lead and guide a team of professionals to design, prioritize and activate processes and user experiences by translating business needs into digital and technology enablement in partnership with key stakeholders. You will lead the team to provide advice and industry insights on systems research, analysis and strategy development to inform short and long term human resources technology options against the domain's and broader company's strategies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with human resources leadership and other stakeholders to lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that leverage human resources information systems to drive business objectives and improve organizational performance.

  • Partner with human resources leadership to facilitate and support the design of effective, end to end and frictionless processes.

  • Provide oversight to ensure human resources information systems are properly maintained, updated and optimized to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

  • Partner with the broader digital technology team to ensure seamless integrations of human resource information systems with broader systems across the organization, including payroll, finance and customer relationship systems, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Provide oversight to ensure human resources information systems and processes are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

  • Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to systems and workflows to better support the needs of the organization and its employees, including opportunities to introduce or improve technology automation.

  • Oversee vendor relationships for respective information system and stay connected to industry trends and emerging technology offerings and best practices.

  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

  • Continuously improve SuccessFactors Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent.

  • Select and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and continuously improving SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in additional SuccessFactors module including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, SFTT, Talent, a plus.

  • Prior experience building or working in a Product Model a plus.

  • Select and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions

  • Three years of supervisory experience

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US. The preferred location for this role is based out of Wayzata, MN.

The expected salary for this position is $$146,903-$160,925. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
