Job Purpose and Impact
The Marketing E-Commerce Manager will build the digital commerce capabilities for our brands on e-commerce platforms and scale the company´s presence on retailer sites. In this role you will establish the strategy on the company´s positioning around the digital commerce channel and determine which brands, pricing strategies and key partners will help the company´s long term growth. You will lead a team to support the channel and will partner closely with the strategic marketing and commercial teams.
Lead the development of e-commerce strategy for the assigned business including selected markets, customer target groups and product categories.
Partner with strategic marketing team on product launch execution to support consumer awareness and trial.
Foster customer partnerships with key retailers and stakeholders.
Serve as a domain expert for others digital team members to develop foundational capabilities including specific system, brand, and product assets.
Apply business knowledge to align key priorities, product seasonality, brand campaign messages, and consumer insights into the e-commerce strategies.
Provide recommendations on channel budget to maximize growth across prioritized retailers and flagship brands.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
CPG industry experience
Experience navigating a large, heavily matrixed environment across various stakeholders, including those in a virtual environment
Ability to set strategy and drive leadership buy-in, and execute plans with excellence
Highly collaborative, desire to partner closely across strategic marketing and commercial sales teams
Comfort with experimentation, failing fast and implementing learning for the future
Ability to balance the analytical and creative sides of the role, and set metrics for success and scorecard
Animal experience and/or passion
