Job Purpose and Impact

The Corporate Responsibility Senior Manager, Grant Operations and Reporting will lead grant operations, administration and financial reporting for the organization's global philanthropy and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will lead the grant administration system and process design, develop resources and training and strengthen internal and external reporting for nearly $100 million in corporate, foundation and business philanthropic contributions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, track and report corporate and foundation budgets.

  • Monitor and assess the portfolio of existing and new contributions.

  • Provide leadership in the development of global corporate responsibility systems and processes and visualization tools used for grant management, evaluation and reporting.

  • Develop and foster favorable relationships with third party global grant distribution partners to drive efficiencies and enhance social impact.

  • Develop and interpret contribution data analysis for corporate responsibility and business giving, assessing social impact and geographic distribution.

  • Develop and provide grant operation training for global corporate responsibility, sustainability and business practitioners to ensure grantmaking is in alignment with the company's contributions policies and internal and external requirements and regulations.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in financial reporting, data management and systems

  • Project management knowledge

  • Experience in global corporate philanthropy, foundation or nonprofit work

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cybergrants or similar grant administration tools/resources
