First National Bank of Omaha Fraud Prevention Sr. Specialist ($18 Per Hour + Remote Option Available after required onsite training) in Wayne, Nebraska

40 hours per week. Shifts Available:

  1. Wed-Thur-Fri-Sat 10am-9pm

  2. Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thur 8am-5pm

  3. Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat 6am-5pm

  4. Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri 10am-9pm

  5. Mon-Fri-Sat-Sun 6am-5pm

  6. Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat-Sun 6am-3pm

$18 per hour. Remote Work From Home Optional after required onsite training.

This role can be in Wayne or Norfolk. We do require that you complete 4 weeks of Onsite Training.

Role Overview:

Handle inbound and outbound customer fraud calls.

Review online reports for suspicious financial transactions.

Use critical thinking and logic to distinguish between legitimate and potentially fraudulent transactions.

Multi-task oriented (i.e. handle phone calls while maintaining reports).

Employ courtesy and tact when handling challenging customer phone calls.

Work independently and make decisions on accounts with little supervision.

Recognize which reports are time-sensitive and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Fraud Prevention is a department within First Bankcard that operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week year around.  

Job Qualifications:

Good Communication & Analytical Skills

Microsoft Windows Knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Customer Service Experience

Ability to multi-task

Work Overtime as required by department.
