As a Marketing Communications & Content Specialist, you’ll an eager junior marketer who is looking to expand their knowledge in content & digital marketing by working across multiple functions within the marketing communications team. Candidates should have experience with B2B content marketing, and a desire to expand their knowledge into a variety of digital channels, enterprise campaign management and tradeshows and events.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
This role partners closely with content & campaigns, digital marketing and design to drive content performance through campaigns, consistency in approach, digital excellence, and best practices.
Content Marketing
Helps deliver best-in-class content marketing by creating a variety of content assets including webinar decks, blogs, infographics, web copy and social media campaigns
Responsible for writing and editing content, as well as partnering with design resources to produce internal and external assets
Responsible for managing the legal and regulatory review and approval of all content assets
Oversees delivery of assets to all internal and external promotional channels
Campaign Management
Supports campaign management including content creation on a day-to-day basis, leveraging the CMP (campaign management platform) and partnering with the content & campaign leader
Facilitates cross-team communication and project management activities to ensure accuracy of production and delivery timelines
Supports sales enablement and internal comms with packaged campaigns for commercial team activation
Digital Marketing
Partners with the digital strategy leader to support execution across web, video and social channels as well as facilitating regular reporting and communication across the team
Partners with revenue marketing and marketing operations to execute campaigns across a variety of platforms including ABM, webinar, and virtual experience
Events
Oversees planning and logistics for tradeshows and events, partnering with vendors and internal cross-organization teams to execute best-in-class engagements
Leads internal planning process for all events, including meeting cadence, presentations and timelines
Manages external speaking opportunities, partnering across marketing leaders to develop abstracts, manage submissions and oversee an annual calendar
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
3+ years’ experience in content marketing, marketing communications or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- specifically PowerPoint and excel
Capacity to learn the Healthcare Digital market and its products
Capacity to travel internationally as needed
