Receptionist, Office of Faculty Support – Georgetown University Law Center

The Receptionist, the most visible person in the Office of Faculty Support, facilitates a wide range of services for full-time faculty at Georgetown University Law Center. Reporting to the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, the Receptionist has duties that include but are not limited to:
Throughout the day, serves as a resource for faculty in need of administrative support, scanning and printing, supplies, and coordination with other university departments such as 1ST and Facilities.
Handles all incoming calls to the department and the Law Center's main telephone line, appropriately directing dozens of inquiries per day to staff throughout the university.
Maintains and stocks a comprehensive supply inventory, which is used by departmental staff and more than 100 full-time faculty members and visiting faculty, and oversees procurement through multiple university approved vendors.
Serves as the faculty liaison for Copy & Mail Center requests.
Provides inventory tracking and documentation to assist departmental management with budget tracking and reconciliation.
High school diploma - Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of office and customer service experience – preference for experience in a higher education setting
Strong communication and customer service skill
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and spreadsheets
