Biogen Senior Manager, Techno-Functional, Veeva Vault (hybrid work) in Warsaw, Poland
The Senior Manager, Techno-Functional, is an experienced, motivated Global Commercial and Medical IT (GCM IT) team member who will bridge the gap between our technical development team and business stakeholders.
As a Techno-Functional Analyst, you understand business needs, develop processes, and use data analysis to guide stakeholders and design and operationalize solutions. You will guide the resources building solutions and be responsible for technical delivery of solutions. You bring strong expertise and experience in delivering solutions in Life Sciences using Veeva vault technologies (Promomats, Medcomms).

The role, based in Warsaw, Poland, is part of a global team, currently reporting to a US-based manager.
What You'll Do
Work with stakeholders to understand business/system requirements and translate the specifications into customized configurations in Veeva Vault.
Understand the business process and the needs of the end user and design packaged systems with proper impact analysis, custom programs, front-end applications, and integrations that adhere to best practices and meet user needs.
Lead a team of developers and implement configurations, applying best practices relative to the application, with appropriate integration and configuration management across the platform.
Liaise with the Product vendor to understand the technical roadmap and partner with the Business to build the application roadmap specific to Biogen.
Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to achieve defined outcomes.

You are expert of Veeva Vault Commercial Systems and love solving business problems using technology and are passionate about making an impact for patients. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Required Skills
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
8+ years of relevant business technology experience with 3+ years of Veeva Vault and delivery experience
Experience and knowledge of life sciences industry
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault technology (Promomats, Medcomms) with certifications.
Agile methodology experience
Nice to haves include PMP certification, experience with GxP regulations, Computer System Validation and Compliance, SAFe methodology
