Biogen Senior Analyst, US Compliance Monitoring in Warsaw, Poland

About This Role

The role is based in Warsaw, Poland as part of the GBS Compliance Control Tower (GBS CCT) and works in close collaboration with US Standards and Governance, dedicated to Compliance Monitoring activities.

What you will do

  • Conduct Compliance Monitoring for the Business Activities following Compliance Guidance

  • Assess the adherence to Biogen processes, SOPs, and Policies

  • Document results

  • Effectively network with U.S. Standards and Governance and the U.S. Commercial team to facilitate required follow-up and remediation

  • Report results

  • Provide effective and service-oriented support in the interactions with stakeholders (U.S. S&G)

  • Other specific duties related to the effective governance of the Compliance Program

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in other defined business governance roles (Audit, GxP) is nice to have

  • Solid knowledge of business and market dynamics, and common business processes

  • Ability to understand and optimize internal processes

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill set

  • Data-driven and attention to detail

  • Ability to mine multiple data sets from disparate data sources and identify performance trends and patterns.

  • Experience with policy and procedure understanding and management

  • Process management and project/program management skills are a plus

  • Excellent and professional communication skills

  • Ethical and integrity-driven approach and objectivity

  • Outstanding team player attitude

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PPT and Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree or any other relevant education

  • Fluent English
