Job Purpose and Impact
The Marketing and Communications Specialist, Retail, will coordinate the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans in the region (including digital marketing activities) to effectively represent the organization's products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects (through individual contribution and collaboration with trade marketing community in the assigned countries). You will be a part of an international team (Eastern Europe, global marketing and channel Strategic Marketing and technology teams).
Work in hybrid system (2-3 days in the office per week).
Key Accountabilities
Execute and coordinate multi channel (including e-commerce) marketing communications and promotion efforts for diverse portfolio of brands.
Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams to drive and support launch of new products, services, solutions (7Ps).
Co-create and implement annual marketing and communications plans in line with the brand and digital communication strategy
Provide market intelligence (key customer/end-user trends, competitive environment and customer’s needs) to create and develop strategies by animal species
Collaborate, co-create, provide guidelines and best regional/global practices to support trade marketing community (sales team) capabilities development and ensure marketing & communication plans are effectively fulfilled
Lead brand management (global go-to-market/local product brands) in the region for the assigned channel
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-5 years of senior Marketing & Communication experience
Project management experience
Fluent English and Polish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience executing large-scale marketing communications activities
Ability to work under time pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in driving marketing effectiveness in both digital and offline communication channels
Proven ability to drive and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration
Independence at work
Proficiency in building creative content and visuals for diverse marketing and communicating tools
