Job Description

Junior Operation and Customer Service Specialist - Deployment Analyst

Job Description :

As part of the POS Deployment team in Europe, we are looking for a Junior Deployment Analyst, This role involves handling POS deployment queries, ensuring successful deliveries, and managing POS recovery. The ideal candidate will resolve delivery/recovery issues, handle queries, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure the best merchant experience. Responsibilities also include managing onhold cases, providing account information, logging jobs, correcting system discrepancies, and making outbound calls to resolve issues when needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Resolve POS deployment exceptions and ensure successful deliveries.

  • Manage POS recovery for merchant closures.

  • Manage POS/EPOS tid addition

  • Handle mailbox queries and make outbound calls when needed.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to provide missing details and follow up on deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of deployment activities.

  • Respond to assigned cases, requests, and escalations.

  • Provide account information and log jobs for terminal deployment and recovery.

  • Correct system discrepancies and investigate errors.

Preferred Skills/Experience :

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficient in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate problems.

  • Good time management skills to maximize case resolution while maintaining high quality.

  • Knowledge of banking and POS product policies and procedures is an advantage.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
