We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team with the main focus on providing administrative support to the Commercial & Medical (SMA) department.

Scope of responsibilities:

• coordination of current events and providing administrative support to Commercial and Medical department;

• support in project management;

• preparation of internal reports and presentations;

• communication and cooperation with our key stakeholders regarding product areas such as marketing, sales and medicine;

• communication and cooperation with external entities such as agencies and vendors.

• Degree / studies in field of Medicine or Natural Science will be an asset

• Very good communication skills

• Willingness to develop

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Fluent English (min. B2)

• Fluent Polish
