Biogen Intern - CEE Customer Excellence & Market Insights in Warsaw, Poland

Are you interested in developing your analytics skills in high impact, multinational organization & learn about pharmaceutical industry and its’ key strategic functions & processes?

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join Customer Excellence & Market Insights team working across CEE affiliates.

Your support will focus primarily on Insights & Performance Reporting – with 5 affiliates, 2 established therapy areas and several brands we need to make sure that the reporting and insights generation is well-structured and focused exercise, with key findings actively brought to attention of top management.

On top of that, you will be exposed to other strategic areas of Customer Excellence & Market Insights – Sales force excellence, New Product Launch, Market research, & Strategic Account Planning and Market Access support.

This is a good opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical industry – this role will interact directly with key business functions, will have an insight into strategic processes in a global company and contribute to building the New Biogen.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Performance analysis, reporting & recommendations development – preparation & improvement of monthly performance reporting / newsletters (competition analytics, salesforce effectiveness, digital)

  • Launch team support – we are currently launching 2 new products and need operational support

  • Forecasting/ planning – support development of quarterly/ annual forecasts

  • PowerBI dashboards maintenance 

  • Degree / studies in Business, Finance, Management, Statistics or related

  • Some consulting-related and/or project management experience

  • V. good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

  • Good presentation skills

  • Analytical and well structured

  • Fluent English (min C1)

  • Fluent Polish

  • Nice to have:

  • Forecasting experience

  • PowerBI design skills
