Ingersoll Rand Digital Marketing Specialist in Warsaw, Poland

Ingersoll Rand is a large international manufacturer of industrial equipment with over 17,000 employees across the globe. We are a leader in Demand Generation (digital marketing), have invested heavily in industry leading demand generation tools, and are focused on expanding our Demand Generation program as a key strategy for growth.

A vacancy has arisen for a Digital Marketing Specialist within the Air Treatment Solutions EMEIA / Global OEM Demand Generation team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of product marketing and will assist in driving lead generation for the various brands as well as providing support for regional marketing initiatives. The new role will be responsible for aiding and planning a wide variety of digital marketing activities for our brands and will involve cooperation with global contacts. This will include multi-channel marketing campaigns, eCommerce support, product launches and digital channels including websites and social media. The candidate will need to work closely with regional sales teams and Product Management to ensure ROI of all marketing activities and deliver to the needs of the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing in a Marketing Agency, Media House, or Digital Marketing Department, ideally in a B2B environment.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics and channels.

  • Good time management & prioritization skills allowing to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A willingness to learn, a competitive spirit, and a consumer-oriented mindset.

  • Creative, engaging, proactive personality with a team-player attitude.

  • Additional qualifications considered as +: past experience with Oracle Content Management, Lead Management Tools (SET / SalesForce),

  • Google Suite tools; previous experience in industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
