We are expanding the Marketing team within the IRP/MPOB business unit at Ingersoll Rand!

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist in the IRP/MPOB Demand Generation team will leverage digital tools to drive lead generation. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing activities, collaborating globally, managing digital customer experience, developing campaign and social media calendars, executing SEO strategy, and overseeing translation.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and educational content for targeted segments, driving demand, revenue, and meeting relevant business goals for the region.

  • Develop and manage e-mail marketing campaigns across channels, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization for lead generation.

  • Implement SEO/SEM strategy for continuous optimization and ROI maximization using Google Suite tools, with previous experience in industrial equipment manufacturing.

  • Enhance website design and build digital tools to drive growth, while fostering synergies between chat/phone and search experiences for enhanced customer engagement.

  • Manage, develop, and optimize distributor landing pages for SEA campaigns to improve conversion rates.

  • Create, manage, and respond to social content across various channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and maintain a social media calendar.

  • Launch paid search campaigns aligned with integrated campaigns and business needs to drive targeted traffic.

  • Set up, maintain, and enhance products and content on marketing applications, focusing on enhancing customer experience and optimizing lead generation.

  • Manage, expand, and evaluate the Channel list for the ecommerce market model to improve market reach and penetration.

  • Own campaign mapping, calendar management, and segmentation of the contact database to ensure targeted and effective outreach.

Work Arrangement and Travel Requirement:

  • This is a hybrid position, located in the Warsaw, Poland Demand Center (Center of Excellence) with up to 10% travel.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in a Marketing Agency, Media House, or Digital Marketing Department, ideally in a B2B environment. Equivalent years of experience will be considered.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics and channels.

  • Experience in Oracle Content Management and Lead Management Tools (SET / SalesForce).

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Effective time management & prioritization skills allowing to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to learn in a dynamic environment, with a consumer-oriented mindset.
