National Grid is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst, Marketing for our Customer Energy Management department in Waltham, MA.

Join our Marketing team to help customers improve the energy efficiency of their homes. National Grid is looking for a resourceful self-starter who is passionate about the opportunity to help promote our energy-saving solutions in Massachusetts. The Senior Marketer will be responsible for developing marketing plans and launching integrated omni-channel campaigns, building customer awareness and interest of energy efficient products and services to help them manage energy costs and support the Company’s clean energy vision.
Position Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Develop insight-driven marketing and communications plans and execute integrated, omni-channel campaign for residential initiatives and optimize plans based on data and analytics and performance
Manage aspects of proactive and reactive company responses, influencing the messaging strategy and approach.
Collaborate with internal business and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and support of National Grid’s communications strategy
Work with partner creative agencies or in-house design teams to execute on campaign vision and goals
Work with internal Customer Insights team to understand customers wants and need and apply research to optimize marketing results
Achieve brand alignment in creative and tone of voice across all communications to ensure a holistic customer experience
Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to do things better in order to drive an enhanced customer experience and greater efficiencies.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications
5+years of work experience in Brand, Marketing and Communications
Experience the development, execution and management of marketing campaigns
Experience with Marketing Automation for email deployment
Experience working with external vendors/agencies and other critical communications partners
Proficient in relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
An advanced degree is preferred
