Job Description

Join our Omnicare pharmacy team as an Assistant Pharmacy Manager and help us grow and develop our teams, while providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The Assistant Pharmacy Manager will report to the General Manager and develop/ implement strategies to improve our operational excellence while also impacting our business in the following ways: • Run the operational performance of the designated pharmacy utilizing financial acumen and P&L experience, while achieving operational targets and maintaining all federal, state, and local compliance requirements• Consult with internal and external partners to ensure medication needs are maintained, and identify customer risks and opportunities • Review supply chain and operations of the pharmacy to improve processes and build optimal efficiency• Mentor, develop, recruit, hire, and train pharmacy staff in order deliver on pharmacy goals• Responsible for management of the budget and meet/exceed site budget and financial goals, which includes optimizing cost management in line with script counts • Reinforce operating policies, procedures, and process to ensure operational perfection, results, and identify changes to improve efficienciesThe Team and Rewarding Benefits: Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Required Qualifications
• Three (3) or more years of leadership experience • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the long-term care industry• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician• PTCB National Certification

HS Diploma or GED
