Job Description:

Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and development teams and help define the scope and objectives of development projects based on client-led requirements, Partner with client stakeholders to identify, define, prioritize and document functional and technical requirements, Understand and document the relationships and interdependencies between various components within the system or application to ensure processes and data flow smoothly, Translate identified business requirements into comprehensive application requirements and facilitate the transition to development teams, Evaluate installed information systems and software, identify gaps and make recommendations to improve or enhance compliance, logic, functionality, workflows, automation and integration People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports): Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution, Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.

Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments, Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development, Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience; including:

  • At least 2 years systems administration and or systems engineering experience

  • At least 6 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job; including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in; Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
