Cornerstone onDemand Manager, Marketing Insights & Analytics- Remote (US) in United States

Within Revenue Operations, along with Sales Insights counterpart; This role will lead a group of high performing Marketing Analysts and will partner closely with the GTM Marketing Strategy and Ops leader to drive analytics, make recommendations, and create action plans for periodic reviews with marketing and GTM leaders. The role will document requirements and partner with BI, RevOps colleagues, IT, and vendors to deliver measurement, models, and platforms to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.

In this role you will...

  • Deliver an end-to-end marketing measurement framework to determine marketing effectiveness, contribution and spend efficiency with respect to Lead to Sales funnel

  • Synthesize market intelligence, market research and marketing analytics to inform planning and investment decisions

  • Define and optimize targeted account selection and ABM practices to advise on account-based marketing strategies and optimize execution of those strategies to deliver key outcomes

  • Partner with cross-functional GTM teams to define quarterly and annual demand generation targets, monitor achievement, and deliver forecasts that will help teams course-correct

  • Develop account and persona-based audience strategies to achieve demand generation goals and support marketing automation and paid media teams with audience targeting

  • Work with internal BI / analytics teams as well as analytics platform vendors to define requirements for machine learning models that drive audience targeting, orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys, and attribute outcomes

  • Utilize buyer journey insights to lead, inspire and enable marketing teams to embed marketing performance analysis into their periodic planning and daily execution

You have what it takes if you have...

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and marketing analytics, Revenue Operations experience is good to have

  • Experience working for a top-tier technology/SaaS company in an agency or corporate marketing is strongly desired; experience guiding executive-level reviews is preferred

  • Expert in B2B marketing strategies to drive customer awareness, consideration, engagement and pipeline; experience in ABM strategy development, execution, and optimization is strongly desired

  • Demonstrated experience in developing audience strategy and campaign targeting execution

  • Deep experience in martech platforms for targeting and personalization, marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (SFDC), attribution; platform implementation/design experience is desired

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing and measurement

  • Extensive hands-on experience of working with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein); SQL and Excel is required

  • A trusted consultant's presence, ability to listen, engage, influence and educate, a superb presentation creator, packager and storyteller to convey insights and recommendations

  • Ability to lead collaboration across functional teams to deliver insights and observations on customers and marketing effectiveness

  • Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrate the ability to translate the data world to the business world and impact to ROI

  • Possess a Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Marketing, Strategy, or related field); candidates with bachelor’s degrees and considerable experience will be considered
