Lube Analyst Service Administrator
No. of Positions:
Responsible for the End to End administration of the provision of LubeAnalyst, including GSAP related activities, liaising with Account Managers, Technical Support Groups and 3rd Party Vendors. 'Support the Shell LubeAnalyst (oil analysis) program in customer-facing (phone/email) role.
Register customer equipment in LubeAnalyst system, place orders when needed, troubleshoot issues with sample results, register samples and other duties related to administration of the program (not including billing or customer master entry).
Interface with LubeAnalyst SAP specialists to set up new customers .
Learn about various tests and analysis offered and be familiar with various tests performed on lubricants.
Provide LubeAnalyst program brochures to customers and answer the LubeAnalyst toll-free phone line as well as email questions and issues.
Collaborate with 2nd level LubeAnalyst support in US as needed.
Coordinating the delivery of the Services (LubeAnalyst, etc.)
Processing own use orders and raising Services sales orders
Setting and releasing billing blocks
Administration of day- to-day service offering e.g. Onboarding new customers, chasing queries & samples
PGS activities including raising purchase requisitions & goods receipting
Resolution of quantity invoice queries, including making necessary adjustments
Focal point for external service providers
Providing LubeAnalyst website training package to customers
Manage Lube Analyst IT interface error reconciliation with GSAP
Managing the system access, data and any training for system-based services provided by the Class of Business
Receiving, investigating and resolving customer complaints
Performing local PLM activities required to enable an OU to have access to specific GSAP material codes for Services
Acting and behaving according to Shell Global Business Principles, Code of Conduct, HSSE standards and rules.

Work with multiple teams within Lubricants to gather information needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have good understanding of appropriate Streamline and GSAP processes
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative, manage & prioritise tasks. Positive customer focus attitude and passion for the customer
Clear results orientation and capacity to manage self-performance.Competence in problem solving and good decision-making skills
Good command of the language that is required for that operation: this is the customer language in that geographic location.
Excellent listening skills
Degree (e.g. BSc, BEng) - engineering or chemistry or applicable technical background skills.
Experience in a technical (lubricants & applications) environment desirable.
Fluency in English, MSOffice user skills.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
