This will include supporting the Pearson Group team on additional data requirements for Pearson’s external market reporting at quarter ends (e.g. market sizing and key KPI data).

  • Ensure robust and sensible financial plans and forecasts are in place, and continually monitor strategic risks and opportunities against these, mitigating all risks and driving actions to maximise opportunities.

  • Oversight of Mondly synergies with Pearson to ensure the business is on track to achieve overall growth targets. This includes helping to assess and prioritise competing resource and investment requests to maximise results.

  • Regular review and monitoring of KPIs to help shape the strategic direction of the business and maximise ROI. This would include working with Mondly and Pearson data analytics teams to improve KPI reporting and analysis.

  • Continue the full financial integration of Mondly into Pearson. This includes overseeing Mondly’s financial integration into Pearson’s global ERP system (“TEP”) during 2023 and working with Pearson controls team on SOX compliance and internal audit team during 2023.
