Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects across AI-focused teams. You will collaborate closely with one of our functional sub-teams, while also ensuring alignment across all three functional sub-teams within the AI division. Your primary goal will be to create and implement processes that enhance productivity, foster innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of complex AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, AI science, and product) to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

  • Helping to maintain a unified strategy and streamlined processes for the entire AI division.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sub-teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and shared objectives.

  • Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop mitigation plans to address them.

  • Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

  • Support teams in adopting best practices for project management and process improvement.

  • Act as the central point of contact for project-related queries and coordinate efforts across multiple departments when needed.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field, with a focus on AI, software development, or data science.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of AI technologies and workflows, or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to AI-specific environments.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical project details.
