Consultant II - ERP Supply Chain

Job Description:

Cerner's ERP Implementation team is hiring a Senior Associate Consultant to work alongside our clients' implementations and deliver on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with them to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. You will identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership; coach client on data collection and system design requirements, and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation; and consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a Sr. Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to maintain client relationships, by navigating conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, and you will be able to develop leadership skills by coaching and mentoring associate consultants while supporting internal team initiatives. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

  • 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including

  • 1 year healthcare ERP experience/exposure

  • 1 year ERP Supply Chain experience, like Oracle and/or Workday

  • 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
