Senior Client Accountable Executive

Job Description:

As a Senior Client Accountable Executive within CommunityWorks, you develop and manage a community or critical access client relationship, including business management, delivery, economic performance, and integration with Cerner. You will manage a large or strategic client relationship and advocate for the client within Cerner. As a key member on the team, you will build and maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization and oversee all Cerner-related engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy. You will provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed. In addition, you will continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the Cerner relationship, develop and advance opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to meet quarterly sales quotas, manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 2 years sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Client Management work experience

Expectations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
