Cerner Learning Designer in Virtual Missouri, Missouri
As a Learning Designer with Cerner's federal team, you will be responsible for designing and developing appropriate learning curriculum to meet client business needs, including workflow and solution adoption best practices. You will also coordinate training design and development efforts between subject matter expert, solution consultant, and clinical consultant teams. You will use a variety of software to create learning documents, including Adobe Captivate and Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and open source tools.

At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of human resources work experience and/or other learning/adult education work experience, including instructional design, training facilitation, and/or learning consultation
At least 5 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communications, Health Care, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Experience creating 508 conformant online learning
Experience applying the ADDIE model
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
