Learning Consultant I
As a Learning Consultant I with Cerner's federal team, you will develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs. You will consult with and coordinate between Cerner and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. You will prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented. You will revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs. Also, evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.

At least 5 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
1 year project/program management, health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing, HCIT solution work experience or learning/adult education
4 years additional work experience directly related to the job and/or completed higher education including:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or Healthcare, or related field
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Successful completion of the Consulting Academy training program
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
