Lead Leadership Effectiveness Consultant
As a Lead Leadership Effectiveness Consultant, you will be focused on transforming leader mindsets and behaviors through key leadership development initiatives. In this role, you will support business and cultural shifts through building solutions for several executive development programs. You will diagnose the needs of the organization, build and design architecture for strategic leader/manager programmatic initiatives; facilitate workshops and manager/leader experiences; and support leadership academies. You will leverage your analytical and organizational skills to manage program effectiveness and use talent analytics to measure impact in order to provide high impact business consulting.
In this role, you will be expected to have a strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, design and systems thinking, and measuring the ROI on programmatic initiatives will be primary capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include the ability to lead program design and enhancements for critical leadership programs, require innovative and creative thinking, external benchmarking insights, virtual and in person facilitation skills, and connecting business needs with user experiences. Talent analytics and measuring the impact from talent inventories and executive programs along with other learning progress will be fundamental to this role.
Finally, you will be responsible for managing key organizational matrixed stakeholders to ensure program delivery, execution, and communication with all executive participants in a timely and engaging way to maximize learning. Additionally, you will foster a learning culture, be a role model for inclusive leadership and bring leadership development to a new level for the organization.

At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including:
At least 3 years of human resources work experience
At least 7 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
Leadership development, organizational effectiveness or talent management work experience
Masters degree in Organization, Psychology, Human Resources or Business
At least 8 years of program design and architecture work experience
At least 8 years of Executive coaching experience/certification ICF
At least 8 years of experience in learning and development design and building programs at the enterprise level
At least 8 years of experience mentoring and training colleagues
Certifications in Psychometric Assessments
Must live within 60 miles of a virtually approved city within the US
Understanding of adult learning theory
Effective facilitation skills
Ability to independently learn new technologies and become productive quickly
Ability to build architecture and strategically solve business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
