About This Role:

As a member of Forrester’s reprint organization, the Reprint Client Specialist is responsible for the smooth delivery of reprint deliverables that drive our customer’s demand generation programs. The successful candidate will orchestrate reprint customer’s journey for managing reprint licenses, reprint activation, and analytics reports.

By monitoring available licenses and assisting with license activation, this individual will also predict and navigate customer challenges and offer solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and usage of Forrester content by the client, in partnership with the sales team and the wider Forrester ecosystem.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the management of licenses across multiple clients, ensuring that all reprints are delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Operationalize the accurate and timely delivery of reprints and related assets by working with citations, consulting, and technology teams.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on reprint status.

  • Work as a single point of contact for client queries and troubleshooting related to reprint activation, extension, and trouble-free continuity of reprint links.

  • Support account teams and client with reprint usage and performance analytics report. Support account teams in helping with client engagement and utilization of reprint licenses.

  • Maintain accurate records of reprint orders, schedules, and deliveries on SFDC and reprint platform.

  • Identify and address client concerns quickly and effectively. Be proactive in providing solutions, and escalate issues, as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in client servicing, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometimes globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints.

  • BOLD mindset demonstrating effective prioritization, tenacity, collaboration, innovation, communication, and stakeholder management.

  • The ability to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization including sales, IT, research, and service organizations.

  • Customer obsession.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • The ability to prioritize among competing tasks.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to work between US and EU time zones.

  • Will be a homeworker based out of New Delhi.

  • Will be required to undergo a compulsory four-week training program at the Forrester Delhi office, immediately after joining.

  • Comfortable to work between 5 PM to 1 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
