The Team:
We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Software Developer with a strong background in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Alteryx specifically within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data integration, analytics, and cloud technologies, with a proven track record in leading major projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively review code changes made by other developers, analyze new requirements, and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using IICS and Alteryx.
Code Review & Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of code changes made by team members to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and organizational policies.
Financial Reporting Support:
Provide critical support for month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Ensure timely and accurate data delivery to facilitate the financial close, including the development and maintenance of relevant reports and dashboards.
Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing systems. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Data Integration & Analytics:
Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using IICS. Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
Cloud Technologies:
Leverage experience with Oracle and AWS to architect and deploy solutions in cloud environments, ensuring scalability and security.
Database Security Management:
Oversee database security measures and work closely with the DBA to define roles and responsibilities related to the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Agile Practices:
Actively participate in Agile events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster continuous improvement and ensure alignment across teams. Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration, adaptability, and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
Financial Reporting Support:
Provide critical support for month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Ensure timely and accurate data delivery to facilitate the financial close, including the development and maintenance of relevant reports and dashboards.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and systems to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other scrum teams, business analysts, product owners and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
AI/ML/LLM Implementation:
Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLM). Contribute to the exploration and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the organization.
Project Management:
Lead major projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $145,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IICS.
Proven experience in leading major projects in a development capacity within a financial organization.
Strong background in Alteryx, with the ability to create complex workflows and perform advanced analytics.
Experience with Oracle and AWS technologies, including database management and cloud infrastructure.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks; experience implementing AI-driven solutions is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in IICS, Alteryx, Oracle, AWS, and related technologies.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
