ABOUT THE FUNCTION

The Area Operations function is responsible to maintain a very detailed summary of daily/weekly duties including all changes/problems/complaints and correspondence, follow up on all activities and respond to all issues of locations with no delay.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 05-08 years of experience of Valet operations experience.

  • Degree from a recognized University in Hospitality is preferred.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

  • Day to day operations for a designated area that contains multiple locations.

  • Carryout spot-checks and fiscal audits following the given guidelines and processes.

  • Resolve issues or on-site complaints.

  • Handle on location accident/incident.

  • Consult with Clients/ location Management to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards.
