ABOUT THE ROLE

Function: Golf Operations

Department: Golf

Role: The role is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities in their department, including: reception, locker room, outside services & golf events. This role involves a combination of administrative, managerial, and customer service responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the golf facility.

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

  • Hire, train, and manage golf operations team.

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

  • Supervise the planning and organize golf tournaments, events, and outings.

  • Develop and manage the golf facility's budget, including revenue generation, cost control, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

DESIRED PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY)

  • Displays an excellent understanding, planning, organization and implementation of the construction of new playing surfaces.

  • Understands the club Financial Performance.

  • Supervises, organizes and demonstrates good planning skills.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required / CMAE MDP 1.
