Job Description

* Available Shift: 12:30 - 9:00 PM EST *- ActiveHealth is dedicated to helping our members set goals and make choices which enable them to lead healthier lives. - We provide education to make informed decisions and support to reach those goals. - Customer Service is the first point of contact and we need energetic, compassionate people who are dedicated to helping our members understand what is available to them to reach their goals. Primary functions performed are:- Educating identified members about programs available to them to promote wellness- Educating members on their company sponsored incentives and status checks on incentives earned- Assisting members with portal questions (password resets, registering, navigation, filling out health assessments)- Assisting with member inquiries or concerns – end to end contact- Contact with the members will be primarily inbound and outbound telephonic

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Keyboarding skills and able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy.- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.- Ability to follow direction, multi-task and adapt to change- Ability to express confidence when communicating with our members- Current foundational computer skills such as navigating, Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting skills- Ability to learn in an on-line environment- High Speed internet connection

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

CVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.

  • If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment. For the two COVID-19 shot regimen, you will be required to provide proof of your second COVID-19 shot within the first 60 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.

  • If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 yrs experience in a customer service call center environment. Both inbound and outbound preferred.- Experience with wellness program work in a call center environment.- Experience working with wellness programs- Experience working with a Medicare population- Experience working in a call center environment where performance is measured against business metrics

Education

  • High School Graduate/ GED
