Job Description

Complete ETS Resource planning and assignments for infrastructure requests and support Infrastructure Services according to the Engagement Management framework. Ensure technical resource demands of the project are met by managing the intake process, resource management, metrics reporting and governance.

Required Qualifications

  • Process focused; customer oriented- Resource manager experience, understands the project life-cycle- Corporate IT/Infrastructure administrative experience – financial, customer satisfaction, process governance, policy, training, etc.- Bonus background: Military veteran- Organized, analytical, able to work in a collaborative team environment- Must be able to work in a large corporate structure that can be ambiguous at time- Detail oriented and able to meet deliverables autonomously

Preferred Qualifications
