Receptionist

Do you have a positive attitude and consider yourself a self-starter? Do you enjoy happily greeting people on the phone or in person? If so, we are looking for you! We’re recruiting a receptionist for a small business services office. As the receptionist, you will greet vendors, customers and other visitors with a welcoming smile and tone over the phone and at a busy front desk. You will manage the transfer of calls and manages. In addition, you will be responsible for basic clerical and administrative functions including correspondence, mail distribution, supply ordering and filing to keep our office organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones

• Work closely with customers taking orders and answering questions

• Support sales staff with research and literature
