Job Description
Dexterra requires a seasonal night time pressure washing cleaner to clean and maintain the exterior of the Bay Centre shopping mall in Victoria B.C. immediately.
This is a seasonal position. When the weather prevents the exterior pressure washing the hours will be supplimented with interior night cleaning work.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 11 pm to 7 am
Job duties include but are not limited to:
sweeping and litter removal around shopping centre
pressure washing the sidewalks, patios, loading dock and exterior of the shopping centre
washing, mopping and hosing of exterior areas of the shopping centre as needed
high & low glass cleaning
seasonal exterior work supplimented with night cleaning of the interior of the shopping mall
seasonal snow removal as required
Qualifications
Successful applicants will meet or exceed the following requirements:
must have a clean criminal record
must be able to work in Canada
previous experience using hot and cold water pressure washers mandatory
previous experience using high glass cleaning equipment including tucker pole and water brushes preferred but training will be provided
full training provided in all areas to meet company cleaning standards
