About our practice

Organizations have increased their dependence on third parties to new levels. Third party networks now go well beyond suppliers of goods and services to include affiliates and joint venture partners, R&D organizations, technology incubators, distributors and sales agents.

This increased reliance on third parties against a backdrop of market and geopolitical instability has resulted in stakeholders across government, consumers, investors and employees demanding change in how organizations conduct due diligence and monitoring over these third party relationships.

Leading organizations are now recognizing the role that a risk-intelligent Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program can play in adapting to these changing expectations while building and protecting reputation, powering growth, innovation and business performance, and effectively managing risk.

  • Engage in pioneering initiatives that define industry standards and regulatory best practices, ensuring clients are equipped to navigate and excel in the ever-changing landscape of third- party risk.

  • Drive thought leadership and eminence activities within the TPRM space, leveraging market intelligence and client interactions to influence industry perspectives and advance the firm’s reputation as a leader in risk management advisory services.

  • Partner closely with executives and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic frameworks, methodologies, and operational models that enhance organizational resilience and compliance readiness in TPRM.
