*Position Summary: * Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Unity’s affirmative prayer ministry conducted via telephone as well as multiple technology platforms, in an inbound contact center environment. Accountable for service delivery and quality assurance; production; advancing and integrating technologies; statistical analysis; and direct supervision of staff in fulfillment of the mission: to pray with all who ask for prayer.

*Benefits & Requirements: * Four day work week, 2 weeks PTO, 1 week Wellness, health, dental and vision benefits. Telecommunications background required.

*Position Summary: * Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Unity’s affirmative prayer ministry conducted via telephone as well as multiple technology platforms, in an inbound contact center environment. Accountable for service delivery and quality assurance; production; advancing and integrating technologies; statistical analysis; and direct supervision of staff in fulfillment of the mission: to pray with all who ask for prayer.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Lead and manage day-to-day functioning of UPM: production and workflow, procedures and processes.

  2. Identify and develop innovative platforms and protocols to support a diverse constituent base.

  3. Employ emerging research and trends to initiate best practices utilizing technologies, in collaboration with Information Technology ,Communications, and other departments.

  4. Oversee and generate data collection, statistical analysis and reporting.

  5. Monitor the quality and efficiency of departmental work and lead efforts toward continuous improvement.

  6. Coordinate and provide logistical support for daily prayer services, on-site and in social media.

  7. Hire, train, coach, and monitor the performance of staff, including work-from-home staff, following Unity’s practices and policies.

  8. Model servant leadership, fostering a positive work culture and environment, including praying with and supporting staff and associates.

  9. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance, adhering to assigned schedule. As a department defined as “essential personnel”, UPM may be required to work the scheduled shift during instances when other departments are not operating (such as inclement weather) . This may be a hybrid position, some hours required on campus and others may be work-from-home.

  10. Provide leadership during non-scheduled hours as needed during emergency conditions and staff absences.

  11. Conduct business successfully by means of computer technology, as required.

  12. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook, including all safety requirements.

  13. Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off requests.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

  1. Assist department with strategic planning of team projects and moving projects forward to completion.

  2. Represent UPM in internal and public-facing communications and events, in person or in virtual platforms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Willing to complete training which includes, 20 Unity coursework hours or at least 2 years of Unity background.

Certificates & Licenses:

*Experience: *

  • Five years managerial experience

  • Experience monitoring and coaching individual performance, preferably in a contact center environment.

  • Experience managing interactive/ responsive technology, preferably in a contact-center environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing software upgrades and changes in tech applications.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, organize and implement management policies and procedures.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in alignment with servant leadership and Unity teachings.

*Computer Skills: *

  • Competent use of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Competent use of computer, device applications, and social media.

  • Contact center database software experience preferred.
