*Position Summary: * Responsible for meeting and event setups and furniture relocations while providing a sanitary and safe environment for organization’s workers, residents and guests spanning a campus setting. Cleaning throughout the campus, completing training standard to the position.
Pay & Benefits: $11/hour Two weeks of PTO, One Week of Wellness, Full Health, Dental and Vision benefits. Four Day Work Week (Wed - Sat.) 7:30am - 4:30pm
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain multiple work orders to perform classroom set-up, banquet/event set-ups and office moves. Work under all weather conditions to clean, dust, mop and vacuum offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, event space and break rooms.
Adhere to strict deadlines by task with limited supervision. Adhere to unexpected requests
Provide exceptional face to face service to constituents including directing guests and visitors.
Sustaining and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned work schedule. – this position is not remote nor offers telework.
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines.
Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off request.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Work overtime, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, as required.
Assist in varied cleaning responsibilities, as requested.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required.
Six months experience as utility worker, mover, or a physical position requiring regular lifting.
Demonstrated ability with written and verbal communication skills required to accurately follow verbal and written instructions and work order requests.
Proven work ethic and personal integrity to perform until each task is completed to inspection standards
Exceptional customer service skills with the demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.
Demonstrated safety experience, use of cleaning chemicals is a plus but not required as training is provided.

- Basic end user of computer keyboard and able to accurately enter data in electronic time management system.
*Certificates & Licenses: *
Valid Drivers’ license – this position requires operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle for company use.
Chauffeurs Driver’s License, or able to obtain within 30 days of employment

6 months general cleaning experience
Floor care maintenance experience
