Job Description Per Diem MRI Technologist - MSK Nassau Join our Radiology team at MSK Nassau ! We are seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist for MSK Nassau , our freestanding outpatient facility, located in Uniondale, NY. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Nassau & Queens, NY counties. Role Overview: Perform a variety of M.R. and x-ray imaging procedures that require independent judgment and resourcefulness within an outpatient center that specializes in breast cancer imaging. Key Qualifications: Requires degree from a 2 yr AMA approved Radiology school or a 1 yr MRI technologist program. New York State license in Radiologic Technology. ARRT registration (MRI) (R), and MRI certification (MR). Multimodality/CT experience and certification a plus. Core Skills: Effective communication skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges Strong attention to detail Team-oriented Additional Information: Location: MSK Nassau, in Uniondale, Long Island. Schedule: Flexed shifts between 8am - 6pm, Saturdays & Sundays, with weekday availability a plus. Possible holidays, as needed Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology Pay Range : $60.00-$65.00/hr.
