What will your typical day look like?

Picture yourself as an integral part of a team engaged in providing Finance transformation, performance management, and advisory services to help our clients improve their business. You will

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Anaplan models to support financial and operational planning.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.

• Ensure alignment of Anaplan models with organizational goals and objectives.

• Administer and maintain the Anaplan platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Anaplan functionalities and best practices.

• Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the Anaplan platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor and optimize data flows to support efficient planning and reporting and monitor the performance of Anaplan models and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Implement best practices for model development, including modular design, efficient calculations, and version control.

• Stay up to date with Anaplan updates and new features, incorporating them into the existing models as appropriate.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:

• 6+ years of relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies

• 3+ years of experience building models with Anaplan and/or Anaplan Solution Architecture

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing project teams

• Knowledgeable of the myriad issues Clients face, with a track record of providing solutions to those issues

• Able to develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions

• Adept at creating long term business relationships at a senior level

• Energized by achieving goals in a collaborative environment, and mentoring team members to their highest potential

• Knowledgeable of market trends, competitor environment, and corporate and business strategies

Note: Canadian travel required with occasional international travel. You should be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

Preferred:

• An advanced degree in the area of specialization

• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes

• Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation

• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

• Willingness to mentor junior staff

• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries

• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

• Ability to collaborate with clients

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
