What will your typical day look like?

The Event Technology & Registration Senior Specialist will manage the end-to-end participant experience in Cvent with respect to client-facing events and marketplace activations.

• Act as a champion and SME for Cvent, implementing and driving adoption of various system features and modules across Signature Experiences, and the National Relationship Office programs.

• Lead A to Z registration strategy for marquee programs, to include the design and build of complex event registration sites, mobile apps, surveys, and digital communications such as invitations, confirmations, and push notifications.

• Oversee all aspects of program registration website design and development, understanding system capabilities and reporting parameters to ensure data is captured appropriately for reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with program leaders across the National Relationship Office to build a seamless registration and mobile app experience, teaming up to solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create templates, and enable team members to design simpler sites (self-serve), driving the adoption across programs, markets, and portfolios.

• Provide technical support related to event systems including troubleshooting, best practices, and process recommendations to both team members and leaders.

• Assist with the creation of custom reports for various teams, including the build of dashboards and reporting strategy on program’s attendance, ROI, and other metrics.

• Operate in other event technology and platforms as needed, including support with product integrations and new releases.

• Onsite registration support at events as required.

• Administrative duties as required.

About the team

Deloitte seeks a coordinator with proven experience in event technology and registration systems. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Deloitte University North, Events Experience and other teams building and maintaining registration websites, mobile app for a variety of events and post-event surveys.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in event registration and data management in a corporate setting.

• Proficiency in Cvent Platform, including the event management software, OnArrival, Attendee Hub and Social Tables (Cvent certification preferred).

• Prior experience with Salesforce, other event platforms and systems, and general knowledge of HTML and CSS are beneficial.

• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and data management skills.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously while managing rapidly changing priorities and peak periods.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and consultive approach when managing requests.

• General knowledge of project management and event coordination are valuable, but not required.

• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
