What will your typical day look like?

Discovery and Design

· Lead, develop and maintain the overall GFS application and automation platform architecture.

· Qualify intelligent process automation and AI opportunities submitted by stakeholders

· Evaluate automation feasibility and create high-level solution approach

· Confirm associated business value

· ROI Evaluation and Process Integration Assessment

· Collaborate with global development teams to ascertain automation fitment, solution and estimates.

Technical Support

· Act as SME and coach for global and local automation delivery teams for technical and SAP challenges, best practices and operational questions (SAP and automation specific)

· Perform business demos to showcase the functionality of developed automations

· Work with SAP and automation development teams to submitting enhancements and change requests, Application related requests etc.

Project Management

· Collaborate with the global development team to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.

· Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team throughout life cycle of automation

· Identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact project delivery

· Communicate regularly with leadership stakeholders, project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from project management

· Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

8+ years of relevant experience

· Proven recent experience with automation architecture assessments and developing roadmaps to implement solutions

· Proven recent experience in leading and delivering technical projects to implement

· Experience with collaborating and leading third party development teams

· SAP, API Integration, automation, and general AI experience

· Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

· Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner

· Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
