As our National Early Talent Recruiting Lead, you can help make that happen.

What will your typical day look like?

The National Early Talent Recruiting Lead will work with senior leaders to understand the market trends and talent drivers that are impacting their business, then take that insight and develop recommendations that form the early talent recruiting strategy for each business area within Deloitte Canada.

This role will lead a team of specialized Campus Recruiting professionals who will bring the strategy to life through well executed early identification activities to post offer events and everything in between.

Applying critical thinking, a continuous improvement mindset, and adoption of disruptive technology and tools will allow this position to ensure that Early Talent Recruiting processes are being refined improving the experience for our applicants, candidates and hiring leaders. This same perspective will enable Early Talent Recruiting team to explore innovative sources of talent that will further increase the diverse perspectives that exist in Deloitte today.

As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will also play a key role in shaping the design and execution of Deloitte’s people-first talent strategy.

About the team

Our Early Talent Recruiting team stretches from coast to coast and partners with business leaders to develop and execute innovative ways of bringing our Category of One vision to early talent across Canada and exposing them to what an “only at Deloitte” experience could mean for them as they begin their careers.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment or a related function.

• Deep Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Advisory subject matter expertise.

• Direct hands-on campus recruiting experience in a multi-disciplinary organization.

• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities; ability to develop innovative Talent Acquisition strategies and deploy impactful solutions/initiatives.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in key collaborators either internal or external to Deloitte.

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion; experience developing inclusive recruiting strategies to ensure candidate pools reflect contemporary Canada.

• Experience with data analytics and data-driven decision making related to future of business, workforce scenarios, and trends to ensure that the right talent is in place to help the organization meet its strategic objectives.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in recruitment.

• Ability to operate in a dynamic and complex work environment.

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
