What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte delivers technology services globally across strategy, implementation and operations that utilize Microsoft technologies. Our global network of Deloitte practitioners offers a flexible delivery model enabling us to best serve our clients, markets, geographies with integrated solutions and services. We are recognized as a global leader in Cloud and Digital transformation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft is a Deloitte audit client, so we cannot and do not have an alliance or partnership with Microsoft.

  • Our Deloitte Microsoft Technology Services Practice (DMTSP) conducts business permissibly, regularly working with Deloitte’s Independence and Conflicts Network. Deloitte and Microsoft are responsible to maintain Independence, separately.

  • DMTSP is our fourth largest Technology practice and fastest growing, with over 25,000 certified practitioners and capabilities within 50+ countries.

  • DMTSP is focused on scaling our capabilities globally, which will require the combination of internal enablement, an understanding of Independence guardrails and market positioning in permissible ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the trusted advisor to the leadership team on marketing trends, identify opportunities to promote Deloitte's capabilities and advise on internal and external opportunities for growth marketing.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop global marketing strategies to drive growth; and generate demand.

  • In collaboration with Deloitte business leaders, craft and manage execution of external integrated marketing campaigns. This includes creating core market messaging and positioning writing marketing content, and producing material suites over various channels (digital, print, social, video, live events as permitted within our independence guidelines) to aid with local activation in targeted regions.

  • Work with Deloitte industry and strategic growth offering marketing teams, internal agency resources or external vendors to produce deliverables including thought leadership (position papers, placemats, case studies, etc.), Deloitte-hosted and third-party events, externally facing videos and webcasts, speaking opportunities for leaders, and social media and blogging (as permitted within our independence guidelines).

  • Manage all aspects of marketing projects from communications with subject matter experts and copywriters through to reviews by leadership, risk, and independence.

  • Coordinate all supporting resources including graphic designers and/or web resources.

  • Collaborate with country-based marketing professionals to ensure the Global Deloitte Microsoft Technology Practice is positioning itself consistently within independence guidelines as a top-tier global network and service provider, with local experience.

  • Support development of our marketing presence on internal and external sites.

  • Implement programs in a cost-effective manner to achieve desired business goals and manage global budget.

  • Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing ROI for activities and accomplishments.

  • Support and manage other assigned global marketing projects as required.

  • Complete the Independence for Microsoft training, become familiar with our Microsoft marketplace independence guidelines and policies, and consult with Independence on any marketing collateral/content intended for external parties.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing and growth strategy experience in a large, multi-national organization with 5 years focused on growth oriented marketing

  • Demonstrated success developing global, integrated marketing campaigns and incorporating a range of digital and traditional activations

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-regional and cross-functional teams to drive projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience developing relationships within matrixed organization to identify marketing synergies and drive incremental impact

  • A highly collaborative management style with strong interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and engage a virtual team while fostering relationships across internal and external stakeholders

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to act as an innovator to drive change and implement new ways for working and thinking to improve current business practices/processes

  • Demonstrated record of high-business impact, strong negotiation skills, and sound diplomatic skills

  • Some travel required

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
