What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte’s Legal Project Solutions group is actively seeking experienced eDiscovery Review Managers to join our team. Our team conducts project-based work in the eDiscovery space, including document reviews, contract reviews, data breach reviews, and investigations.

eDiscovery Review Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of client projects. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the project, including supervision and management of a team of remote independent contractor resources. Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with eDiscovery team members to implement layouts and workflows within eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity.

  • Leading teams of independent contractor document review resources, including technology troubleshooting, workflow management, consolidating substantive questions, and designing and delivering training materials in a virtual work environment.

  • Advising on, and implementing, technology-enabled workflows and best practices, including Continuous Active Learning models.

  • Managing quality control procedures, including the utilization of appropriate technology within eDiscovery platforms.

  • Client management and ongoing reporting throughout document review projects of various sizes.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • 2+ years of review project management experience at a legal outsourcing provider, law firm, or in-house legal department.

  • An LL.B or J.D. degree.

  • The capacity to review large volumes of data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience working in Relativity, Eclipse, Ringtail, or other review platforms, as well as an aptitude for learning new technology platforms very quickly.

  • Familiarity with the EDRM model and the current duties of privilege and confidentiality in Canada.

  • Highly effective written communication skills.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgment to resolve issues.

  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time.

  • A reputation for being self-driven, resourceful, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Outstanding candidates will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Fluency in French or other language skills.

  • Relativity Certified Administrator Certification or multiple Relativity Specialist certifications.

  • CEDS or other relevant certifications.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and basic formulae.

  • Confidence to support growth in a sales-driven environment.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $144,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
